Refund, Cancellation and Modification Policies


  • Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type. The applicable cancellation terms will be clearly stated during the booking process *before you confirm your booking.*Please carefully review the hotel's specific cancellation policy before booking, as it is binding.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • For refundable bookings, cancellations made within the free cancellation period will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund, depending on the hotel's policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
  • Booking modifications are subject to availability and approval by the hotel.
  • Any rate differences or additional charges resulting from modifications will be borne by the customer.
  • Modifications must be requested through our platform. Direct changes with the hotel are not guaranteed to be valid. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with modification requests, but we cannot guarantee that the hotel will approve them.
  • In the event of a force majeure event (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), our cancellation and refund policies may be affected. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but we cannot guarantee refunds in such circumstances.
