By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this document and all applicable laws and regulations of Cambodia. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services Provided
Golden Travel Shop operates as a travel intermediary, facilitating hotel bookings on behalf of customers. We do not own or operate the hotels listed and are not responsible for the management or operations of these establishments. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website, but we do not guarantee its accuracy.

Booking and Payment Policies
  • All hotel bookings made through our website are subject to availability and the hotel's confirmation.
  • Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details, including check-in/check-out times, cancellation terms, and payment status.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all booking information (dates, guest names, room types, etc.) is accurate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the hotel's payment terms.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as specified on our website.
  • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise. Currency is displayed in USD or KHR. Prices are subject to change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
  • All payments are processed securely through our Bank Partner’s Payment Gateway (CCU Commercial Bank Plc.) to protect your financial information.
  • You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your booking, including taxes and fees.
  • If your payment method is declined, we will notify you, and you must provide a valid payment method within 24 hours to avoid cancellation of your booking.

User Responsibilities
  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking and using our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the site, attempt fraud, or disrupt operations.
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to book a room.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations of Cambodia.
  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Guests are expected to comply with all hotel rules and policies during their stay.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID/Passport must be presented at check-in.
  • You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or your guests to the hotel property.
  • You are responsible for respecting the peace and quiet of other hotel guests
Liability Disclaimer
  • Golden Travel Shop acts solely as an intermediary between the customer and the hotels listed on its platform. Except as otherwise required by law, Golden Travel Shop shall not be liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of the hotels, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other losses or expenses arising from or in connection with your stay.
  • Golden Travel Shop shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered during your stay, unless such loss, damage, or injury results directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our services shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by you to us for the booking giving rise to the claim.
  • To the extent permitted under applicable Cambodian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Check-in and Check-out Policies
  • Standard check-in and check-out times vary by hotel and are specified in the booking confirmation. Please confirm these times directly with the hotel prior to arrival.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. These requests are not guaranteed and are at the hotel's discretion.
  • You are responsible for adhering to the hotel's check-in and check-out policies. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or penalties imposed by the hotel.
Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes or complaints should be submitted to our customer service team. We aim to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • In case of unresolved disputes, the courts of Cambodia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Golden Travel Shop reserves the right to update this document at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.
