Developers

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development
  • Strong knowledge of PHP 8 / Laravel or Node.js
  • Experience with REST APIs and microservices
  • Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
  • Understanding of Docker and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to write clean, scalable code
  • 3+ years of frontend development experience
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
  • Strong knowledge of React or Vue.js
  • Experience with responsive design (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap)
  • Understanding of API integration and state management (Redux, Vuex)
  • Attention to UI/UX details

Content Management

  • 2+ years of experience in digital content management
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus
  • Ability to edit, proofread, and optimize content for SEO
  • Experience with CMS systems (WordPress, custom CMS)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Sales

  • 3+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, results-oriented

Support

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support or call centers
  • Fluent spoken and written English (other languages a plus)
  • Ability to handle customer requests via chat, phone, email
  • Calm under pressure, problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Country Representatives

  • Strong knowledge of local hospitality market
  • Business-level English plus native/local language
  • Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality industry
  • Ability to establish partnerships with hotels and agencies
  • Independent, entrepreneurial mindset
